The parking garage used by employees of the Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) got hit with a ransomware attack. It resulted in their computer system to shutdown which made parking for free.
A consumer spyware vendor that allows people to spy on others cell phones has leaked over 95,000 images and more than 25,000 audio recording on an exposed database where the public is able to access through the internet.
The leading aluminum producer, Norsk Hydro, was hit by a ransomware attack earlier this month which lead to all their systems being forced to shut down. The estimated cost for the cyberattack is about $41 million.
