After the largest hack of personal data in history, Equifax was attacked by an organized group called the PastHole Hacking Team. Equifax manages more than 820 million consumers and more than 91 million businesses around the world.

According to Panda, the massive hacking attack wasnt only a grievance that the company suffered, a security analyst also found out that there was malware on the company website. After going on to "check his credit information when he encountered a fake Adobe Flash installer, that demanded to 'click here', only to redirect you to some malicious site full of internet junk."

The malicious softaware is called Adware.Eorezo and is only marked as a malware by only three cybersecurity solutions in the world, Panda being one of them.
